Dave oversees Delta Financial Group’s daily business activities, including origination, syndication, transaction pricing, equipment evaluation, portfolio strategy, asset management and corporate development.
His work in supplier diversity has helped establish financing relationships with Fortune 500 companies, including equipment lease transactions totaling more than $400 million as reported in Delta’s published biography. Before entering equipment finance, Dave spent 23 years with securities and investment banking firms including Raymond James, Legg Mason and Wheat First Securities.
He studied economics at the University of Richmond. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and travel.
Adam is a managing partner and co-founder of Delta Financial Group, bringing a background in commercial lending, private credit and alternative investments.
He also co-founded Quantum Leasing, an equipment lender focused on middle-market businesses in Mexico, in 2016. Earlier in his career, Adam worked at Vesta Equity, a family investment office, and with a distressed commercial debt fund. His early professional experience also included an internship with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The Citadel and an MBA in Finance from the University of South Florida. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
Jerry leads Delta’s commercial origination, sales management and marketing efforts. His career spans more than 30 years in equipment leasing for Fortune 1000 and upper-middle-market businesses.
Before joining Delta, he held roles with Bci Capital Management Group, SunTrust, Capital One, Banc One/JPMorgan and NationsBank/Bank of America. Delta’s published biography credits him with originating more than $750 million in transactions and notes his expertise in lease structuring, pricing, documentation, portfolio management and client service.
Jerry graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta, where he studied accounting and economics. He enjoys cycling, sailing and time at the beach.
Vickie leads Delta’s Lease Operations Group, bringing more than two decades of experience in contract administration and lease negotiations.
She oversees the operational side of customer transactions, from documentation and funding through flexible end-of-lease solutions. According to Delta’s published biography, her team has documented and funded more than $1 billion in lease transactions.
Vickie earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Iona College. She also volunteers with her church and enjoys crafts and spending time with her dog, Josie.
Explore lease servicingAlex is a retired U.S. Navy lieutenant commander and Naval Intelligence Officer, with 22 years of service across enlisted and officer ranks. His final 11 years on active duty focused on counterterrorism, with deployments to the Middle East and Afghanistan.
After leaving military service, he established the Tampa office of a major defense contractor and helped expand its operations internationally. Delta’s original biography describes his management of a diversified government and commercial portfolio valued above $150 million and a business unit recognized repeatedly as a top Tampa workplace.
Alex owns Delta Resources and contributes to supplier-diversity business development. He holds a Business Management degree from The Citadel and enjoys boating, sports and travel.
Learn about Delta5 ResourcesPatrick is a former Chief Financial Officer of Coca-Cola North America and former partner at Newport Board Group. His career spans leadership positions in major consumer businesses, private-equity-backed companies and emerging enterprises.
His expertise includes business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, budgeting, cash management, forecasting and internal controls. Patrick began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young, where he served as an audit manager.
He graduated with highest honors in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has been active in professional accounting organizations and university business advisory boards. He enjoys bicycling and caring for his animals.
Steve is a Managing Director at Socius Capital in Tampa. Over a career in financial services spanning more than 25 years, he has held senior investment management and executive positions.
He previously served as president of Eagle Asset Management at Raymond James, as well as Eagle Boston Asset Management and the Heritage mutual fund family. His experience also includes hedge fund management, investment banking, equipment leasing transaction structures and real estate fundraising. Delta’s published biography describes additional board and pension-fund leadership roles.
Steve earned an engineering degree from Auburn University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has supported Tampa-area community organizations and enjoys fishing and golf.
Jeff’s legal practice includes private fund placements, mergers and acquisitions, and matters involving veteran-owned businesses.
He has served with the Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses in treasury and legislative affairs roles and as general counsel to Veterans Alternative, a nonprofit supporting combat veterans. Before his legal career, Jeff led a light infantry squad in the U.S. Army’s 10th Mountain Division, including a deployment to Bosnia-Herzegovina.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and his law degree from Stetson University.
Tom is a CPA and co-founder of Iron Horse Consulting Group and Iron Horse RR Investments. His background includes 36 years in banking and financial services, with more than two decades in executive leadership at equipment and specialty finance businesses.
He held leadership roles in multiple bank-owned leasing platforms recognized by Monitor among major U.S. bank leasing companies. His work included helping grow SunTrust Leasing, as well as co-founding and leading Bridge Capital at BankUnited and BciCapital at City National Bank of Florida.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he studied accounting.
Clayton founded American Mortgage Services and Cambridge Insurance. He is an entrepreneur and early-stage investor whose experience contributes to Delta’s growth planning and corporate strategy.
He is a graduate of the University of South Florida. Outside of business, he enjoys boating on Tampa Bay and following Tampa Bay sports.
