1963

A foundation is built.

Army Corps of Engineers veteran Rudy Heitler, Jr. founded Delta, beginning with commercial real estate development in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

1970

Delta enters financial services.

Delta Financial Services was established as an SEC-registered broker-dealer, expanding the company beyond its real-estate roots.

2003

Direct lending begins.

Delta Financial LLC was formed to pursue direct opportunistic lending, adding another dimension to the company’s financial capabilities.

2020

Equipment finance becomes the focus.

Delta was reshaped around equipment leasing, bringing specialty-finance experience to business-critical equipment across a broad range of industries.
