Delta Events
In Full Uniform
This past week CBS News presented the story of Joseph Hall, a WWII veteran, who wished to be buried in his Navy uniform. The spirit and loyalty of veterans is incredible. Joe Hall is a close friend; it is an honor and pleasure to know him.

Lunch with Juan
Having a business breakfast this morning in St. Petersburg, we were honored to meet and get to briefly know Army Sargent First Class (Retired) Juan Santiago, a highly decorated veteran in town for a military conference. Since my colleagues at breakfast are executives with Delta Financial, a Certified Service-Disabled firm, and Veteran-Owned Business, the meeting had significance. Santiago served for more than three decades, including several years in Vietnam, and in addition to learning several new languages (besides his native Puerto Rican Spanish), he learned to fly helicopters and fixed wing aircraft as needed to execute the many military missions in which he took part … and in many cases, led. What an inspiration. Sgt. Santiago, we salute you and thank you for your service! The group pictured here are, from left, Jerry Herrmann of Delta Financial, Sgt. Santiago, Pat Worsham and Adam Woodard, also of Delta Financial, and Andrew Bowen of Clearview Communications.
